At the cusp of the Orange Revolution, we led workshops for civil servants and youth organizations to help them cope with the stress of rising tensions and uncertainty. We focused on conflict analysis, open listening and questioning, and conflict resolution.
In November 2004, as the country stood at the cusp of the Orange Revolution, Karuna Center worked in partnership with ASSA (Actions for Sustainable Society Advancement), a Kharkiv NGO. We led two workshops for mid-level civil servants working in the city government and youth centers, as well as representatives of youth NGOs developing collaborative leadership skills and methods for creative conflict management.
