We have trained faculty, staff, students, and community members associated with Saint George’s University in conflict management skills, community-building, and reconciliation. We held tailored workshops for the police force.
Conflict Management Skills (2008- 2012)
From 2008- 2012, Karuna Center founder Dr. Paula Green served as a Visiting Professor at Saint George’s University on the Caribbean island of Grenada, which trains tomorrow’s doctors and other professionals on a campus that welcomes students and faculty from 85 nations. More than 6,400 SGU graduates now practice medicine around the world, many in developing countries.
